HUMAN TALENT IN COLOMBIA








For years the strong demand for qualified human resources in Colombia has exceeded supply, local, regional and global businesses every day and struggle to recruit the best human capital to achieve organizational objectives. 
Today the economy in Colombia is led by people who were prepared in other countries and returned in order to create business. Chile and Brasil companies play an important role in the expansion of business in Colombia, the search for new talent in all regions of the country makes sense, Colombia has much to offer with its economic dynamism, affordable cost of living. 
Organizations have improved their processes in the management of human talent with organizational growth strategies for choosing to make improvements in the training of workers, managers, managers and industrial security, to achieve organizational capabilities. the importance of human capital in organizations aims to show a great interest in the skills you have and what each person can bring in different companies for growth and stable labor market is achieved. Selecting the most suitable candidates to fill the vacancies is very important for companies because it avoids high costs of selection and improve their performance in production processes, thus avoiding the search for new candidates.
